Newmarket, NH--Russound has added Michael Gatto as eastern regional sales manager to its international sales team and promoted Matt Curtain to the newly created position of customer support supervisor.

Gatto will direct the companys eastern representative territories, both in the field and from his home office in Succasunna, New Jersey. Gatto comes to Russound with more than 20 years sales experience in the CE industry, most recently as the central regional sales manager for Denon. Prior to Denon, he held sales positions with Pioneers car audio division.

In his newly appointed position, Curtin will work for Chuck Fortier, director of sales support and education, to lead the companys customer service and technical support efforts. He started at Russound in the tech support department and then moved to training education and certification (TEC) as a TEC specialist. In this new role as supervisor, he will draw from his previous experience to gain insight into the needs of Russounds dealer and distributor customer base. Curtin brings more than 10 years of sales and management experience in the electronics industry, most notably with Tweeter Home Entertainment Group.
