Universal Remote Control has unveiled an online Return Goods Authorization (RGA) tool for its dealers. This new option has been designed to save dealers both time and offer peace of mind.
 
An RGA number is the ID number that is used to track return authorization, receipt, processing, and disposition of URC products. Until now, dealers who wanted to check the status of their returns had to call URC Tech Support for an update.
 
Now they can check the status of an RGA instantly, online, any time they want (24 hours a day, seven days a week.) The URC Online RGA tool is meant to be simple, secure, and convenient.
