Almo Professional AV to Host DSCE Training Course at E4 AV Chicago

March 15, 2010

PHILADELPHIA, PA--Almo Professional A/V will host a full-day of Digital Signage Certified Expert (DSCE) training in conjunction with the Chicago leg of its E4 AV Tour. Scheduled to take place April 6, the day before E4 Chicago, the full day DSCE program is being led by the Digital Signage Experts Group, a subsidiary of Brawn Consulting LLC, and is worth four InfoComm CTS renewal units (RUs).

“This is an enormous addition to the E4 tour and breaking news for our Chicago-area dealers who will be among the first to have access to DSCE certification through Almo,” said Sam Taylor, executive vice president and COO for Almo Professional A/V. “Our entire sales force is DSCE-certified so it is a privilege to be able to extend this training to our partners. We can now work in unison to implement the most effective digital signage systems to ensure successful project deployments for our resellers and ultimately their customers.”

“With the rapid expansion of the digital signage market it is more important than ever before for people who want to immerse themselves in their own quest for success to become familiar with the key elements and fundamentals that each digital signage application and project entails,” explained Alan Brawn, a principal of Brawn Consulting LLC. “With the adoption of the DSCE program, there is no better place to begin the journey than with Almo and its E4 events.”

The DSCE training will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hyatt Conference Center, the same location as the E4 AV event taking place April 7. Partners who register by March 31, 2010 will receive an early-bird discount of $50.
