“Legrand is taking a more active role in lighting control with the addition of RF Lighting Controls to the On-Q product line,” said Dave Hanchette, vice president of marketing for the Home Systems Division of Legrand, North America. “This line will add a new dimension to our home systems offerings, and the retrofit capabilities and energy saving benefits truly resonate with today’s homeowners.”

The RF Lighting Control line includes controllers, dimmers, plug-in modules, repeaters, and remote controls and key fobs for convenient access. The system incorporates and saves “scenes,” or pre-set lighting levels, that the homeowner can select to create the ambience of their choice.

It was designed to complement other On-Q product lines, such as the Classic and Studio Collections, and its available colors include white, light almond, ivory, black, gloss black, and titanium.

The system uses standard wall box mounting with no control wires, training, or software required. The lighting controls easily integrate with third-party products and scale well, handling up to 127 rooms and 1,023 devices, the company says.
